I said, "Wow, if these preschools can make their own curds why haven't California cheese makers figured it out?" I'll see if I can find you a recipe. Then you could make your own! They make cheese curds in California...they apparently just don't sell them as curds. In the process of makeing cheddar cheese (and several others)curds are the form the cheese is in before it is pressed and aged. By the way, I'm home from Kurth's and fighting with the Who'ses over them going to Chicago tonight to watch the filming of PE. Osh has decided she's going.

I had a GREAT time! All these people are really nice and we all seem to get along real well. Who's #1 just called...someone there has thought ahead to the fact that Chicago has a cerfew that they take real seriously...I think I've dodged the bullet and they have decided on their own that its not very smart to hear down there tonight. Whew!!!
Its funny...that little place can fit about 30 people. Including on the deck. Tonight there are about 100 people there!!LOL
There were two different B-day parties (One was Shakes) and people all over the place. A good time was/is had by all.
The Who'ses just got home from Kurth's...Osh, Evan & Vicki just left Columbus for Chicago.
